The Westfälische Mühlenstraße (Westphalian mill route) in the Mill District of Minden-Lübbecke connects 43 mostly functional wind, water and horse mills as well as Germany’s only millable ship mill on the Weser before Minden to a unique mill museum on a 300km long circuit between the Weser, Wiehengebirge and Dümmer.
