Welcome to the Thiemanns Hof website. Thiemanns Hof is the name of the farm where Chris and Harald are living and working. The farm was constructed in 1875 and has a 4000 m2 (1 acre) garden. On this site we’ll be writing about the farm and its renovation as well as our experiences in the vegan organic garden.
